I have met https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370275 but KDE upstream says this is not a KDE bug but rather due to a binary incompatibility. i am not sure whether this should be reported to Ubuntu or to Neon team (I use Ubuntu 16.04 + Neon/User). The error message is
kmail: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkmailprivate.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZNK13MessageViewer6Viewer8atBottomEv Alex |

This needs to be reported to the person who created the package, so probably Neon ...?
I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
