It stucks at 30% when it trying to install language packs on every branch: useredittion, devstable, devunstable.

Yes, the result of this command was something like - this command can't be executed because this is informal Ubuntu distro. At least it was in my case. |

that command was/is for generating a crash report ,,,,,,,,and was never going to work ,,,,,,,,, because ,,,,,,,,,,, the debug symbols for ubiquity are not installed in the live system ,,,,, "ubiquity-dbgsym" ,,,,,, you may get a useful crash report if installing them then rerunning the installer ,,,,,,or may not. it seams their is an update to "ubiquity-frontend-kde" I would try that as well O and one "upgrade" for "ubiquity" as well. Hi. I've just created profile here to help you with this problem. I have the same problem last night when I tried to install KDE neon. I am Linux user since 2011 but I am a KDE user since last night.
![]() So, fix for this problem is: when you need to choose your region and time zone during installation, just use United States Eastern time. I tried about six time with my current time zone (Serbian time) and every time installation crashed. This helped me, so I hope it will be fix for everyone. After reboot just change your settings to your time zone and region. Hope I helped you!! Cheers! |
