I always forget widget Network is confused and still see wi-fi connection, I have a my wi-fi which is my , second time I have a wi-fi all around. Plus it's all part of setting the fine 2-3 pixel and the missing airplane icon.
I have 5 kde linux, 3 versions of plasmas, the same everywhere settings. The Neon network widget as the picture does not work well as in onother Linux.
