I have got Kmail configured to check my e-mail from an IMAP Outlook office 365 server. E-mails are well retrieved and stored in my inbox folder. However, when I try to access independent e-mails from the message list Kmail just closes unexpectedly and reports the following crash message "Application: KMail (kmail), signal: Aborted". I am using KDE neon 5.8, Plasma version 5.8.3 and Qt 5.7.0.
No sure why this is happening. Thunderbird perfectly works when configured with the same e-mail account. Is there any possible solution to this crash? How can I track more error information about the crash? Thanks, Luke

The configuration for the e-mail of my company is done by IMAP but I am sure it is a Microsoft server. I think Outlook365 now supports access via IMAP and not just exchange. I agree it may sounds strange Microsoft is using a standard message protocol for its Office services.
