Do you have windows? I have dual boot, in Windows banned update the time,
the Linux hardware clock set to UTC 0, digital clock set to my local time Belgrade. |

I do not understand this bug is probably eliminated. Yesterday I setting my computer digital clock to Novosibirsk and got the correct time. The time that shows me in relation to UTC 0 end +7. Do you might want setting where you Moscow time UTC 0 and then the Novosibirsk +3 compared to Moscow time.
My mistake, I did not pay attention to the setting time is 24 hours and I see shows like 12h edit. Seting at my computer in Novosibirsk Mint KDE 17.3 and time is Ok. I do not understand why someone is constantly inventing hot water and a hole in a pot of flowers. Plasmas 5.6.5 have no holidays, no religious holidays, I can not activate it, can not add significant holidays for me. Plasma 5.6.5 is installed in Kubuntu 16.04 LTS, Mint 18 KDE LTS. |
