Hello good workers!
My screen becomes blurry and buggy after starting then quitting some applications: Guvcview and some wine programs(like an xray viewer). After dmesg i see this: http://pastebin.com/V6LxE2zn (maybe nvidia drivers not working well?) Machine: Lenovo Y700-15ISK(I know not supported well for now) Nvidia drivers: Repository: https://launchpad.net/~graphics-drivers ... ubuntu/ppa Package installed: nvidia-prime Kernel version: 4.8.10-040810-generic |

Blind shot: If you're running your compositor with the OpenGL 3.1 backend, try switching to 2.0.

Frist off all thanks for the answer!
I was already using Opengl 2.0, but when i switched to Opengl 3.1 the bug happened again(this time other applications are not involved at the time Google Chrome was open idk if it is related): http://pastebin.com/PNbrLT6b I'll try to switch to a different kernel and see if the problem resolves. [Edit] After switching to Opengl 3.1 and reboot: Some systemd errors popup: nvidia-persistenced.service loaded failed failed NVIDIA Persistence Daemo Kernel 4.8.13 and Opengl 3.1 No blurry things for now even with the same wine app or Guvcview. I'll try to make disappear that systemd error and see if everything works fine. [\Edit] |

Bug still presists but only when using Opengl 3.1 or 2. With Xrandr it works all fine.
I'll try to switch to another version of the nvidia driver. |
