KDE neon Developer Edition Unstable Branches

I cannot launch Configure Software Sources from Muon Package Manager. After clicking on Configure Software Sources a popup window reports:

Could not find <command>software-properties-kde</command> on your system, please install it. Alternatively, you can use <application>Plasma Discover</application> to configure software sources.

Searching Muon Package Manager for software-properties-kde shows that it is not installed. Okay, let's install it. Open a Konsole and type:

sudo apt-get install software-properties-kde

Apt reports:

Okay, after resolving the above post, I am able to install software-properties-kde and qapt-batch and afterwards, accessing Configure Software Sources works as expected.
