yesterday I installed KDE Neon from scratch and I noted that

- the default Fixed font in System Settings is "Bitstream Charter" instead of "Hack"
- there is no "Monospace" font (well, it appears in some font dialogs, but not, e.g., in the font management)

is that a known issue?
