I want to migrate my pc (on which first of all I have installed Xubuntu 16.04 LTS e after KDE neon unstable with PPA) from KDE neon 5.9.90 UNSTABLE to the STABLE version.
Is it possible to do?

I not sure what your asking is possible. But I think it may be best to do a complete re-install of Neon Stable. Back up any important data first.

this morning the system was updated and finally is now STABLE.

Solution: change the repository from "unstable" to "stable".
