I think I messed up my source list. Here is a link to a screenshot. I couldn't get the screenshot to resize. (Your images may only be up to 720 pixels wide.)
https://i.imgsafe.org/b9d4206bb0.png I'm on KDE Neon 5.9.1 Can someone please provide me with the full source list? I'm fairly certain that when I installed this I installed the User edition. It indicates this in the source list on the first line. However, under the 3rd tab, Release Upgrades, it says "Long term support releases only". Also, I had an abundance of sources that were not checked off, some were duplicates, and I received errors when I updated via cli so I removed them. Was I not supposed to remove those even though they were not checked? Something now seems off. The release upgrades setting is correct - Neon is based on Ubuntu LTS, so this setting keeps it from prompting you to upgrade to 16.10 or later, until the next Ubuntu LTS is available.
Your sources look fine. The actual files for this are at /etc/apt/sources.list as well as files found in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
