I have a laptop that is usually connected to external monitor with vga and laptop lid closed. with other plasma-based OS (kubuntu 17.04 and linux mint 18.1), when I have to login sddm starts on the external monitor and the laptop screen is turned off, but with kde neon sddm starts on laptop display (which is closed) with black screen on the external monitor. only when I log in the external monitor turns on and laptop display goes off. Can you help me? I want plasma 5.9 with ubuntu 16.04 and kde neon is the only one
