Im am trying to install wine in latest Neon, but I get errors:

How to change from my local archive server to main server or some that works?

gui method :
sudo apt install software-properties-gtk
after install find software and updates in menu and choose server.

cli method:

open terminal:
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
replace this address's and ctrl+x to save it.

deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ xenial main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ xenial-security main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ xenial-updates main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu xenial partner
deb-src http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu xenial partner

now run in terminal:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install wine

You can also instead install software-properties-kde which performs the same function, but will be integrated into Discover (Settings >> More >> Software Sources)
