Yes I can confirm this. Probably it was caused by the upgrade of Qt to 5.9.

EDIT: Seems to be that the 5.9 version is still missing;

I'm by no means knowledgeable but seems to me the packages lack synchronicity and predictability as to how they work together.

Can confirm icon at the bottom-left of login has returned and on-screen keyboard seems to work properly.
