My laptop connects to the network via wifi. I connected a raspberry pi to the Lan port of my laptop using a cat5 cable. I changed the settings for the wired connections IPv4 tab to "Shared to other computers". Using this setting in Kubuntu 14.04 has never given me any issues. With neon, the connection to the pi is slow, then unresponsive. If I connect the pi directly to the router the connection works normally. Does anyone have any suggestions to fixing this issue? Thanks
