Hi folks,
can someone help ?

I try to install the latest neon on a ASRock Z170, I5 6600K, where an older version as running stable for ... long.
Had some problems with windows updates as usual, so decided to reinstall win and Neon and clean up some mess with partitions.
Hm .. and now i am stuck with ACPI errors and stuff
I can boot and install with acpi=off but after installation i end up with a dead machine.
i am just a little bit lost now and would be thankful for every hint you can provide.

ok, NEON is up and running again. :*
one should read to the end ... nouveau read fault init failed ... blabla
Kernel parameter nouveau.modeset=0 (nomodeset was not enough, thats from ARCH wiki, thx 4 that, kde doku is ****)
Installation runs through, but no prop. NVIDIA driver, so 640x480.
sudo ubuntu-drivers autoinstall and all looks good.

What is wrong with nouveau ?
