Error message everytime I use APT

Every time I use apt I get this message in the terminal:

Code: Select all
Starting pkgProblemResolver with broken count: 0
Starting 2 pkgProblemResolver with broken count: 0


This this normal? If not is there a fix? This is fresh install of kde neon.
