I’m on Plasma 5.11.2 on my work computer, and I was fooling around with the new “Vaults” that now appears in the system tray. I created a couple of folders to test things out, and the only issue that I’ve run into so far is that I cannot delete any of the folders in the system tray itself. The folders in the system tray are unmounted, and you can delete the obsolete folder in your home directory, but I can’t figure out how to get rid of it in the system tray, as I see no options to do that. Any ideas?

lol,,,,,,,it's a bug ,,,,,,not yet implemented feature!
if you reboot or log out and back in the "obsolete"folder will reappear . basically for now you must 1. Delete the folder ~/Vaults/Vault_NAME 2. Delete the folder ~/.vaults/Vault_NAME.enc 3. Delete the entry for the vault inside of ~/.config/plasmavaultrc look hear https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=385444 when the "feature" is added it will come down the pipe as an upgrade to plasma-vault or so they say ![]() VINNY |
