Hi,
I am trying to pair and use a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 3600 with my KDE Neon installation. The mouse has three modes: off, operative, or search mode. You switch beetween the different modes with the only button available on the device. The OS is able to find and add the mouse to available bluetooth devices. The problem is that the OS won't connect to it when the mouse is in operative mode. It only seems to be able to connect to it when I have the search mode enabled, which is wrong. I have another bluetooth mouse from logitech that is working fine. Also, microsoft mouse was working fine under Ubuntu 17.04, so I assume that this is not a hardware issue. From my syslog I can see the following entries:
