In the first time, my apologies if it is an obvious question.

I go to download kde neon user, and I view two "differents" files:
1.-neon-useredition-20171108-1515-amd64.iso
2.-neon-useredition-current.iso

Same date, file size...all same but different name...

What are the difference?

They are the same. The 'Information' box at the top of the webpage has this info:

"current" files are the same files for those wanting a URL which does not change daily.
