should there be a welcome/newbie section?

Hi new to kde-neon and forums but just wanted to say hi.
was wondering how come there isn't a wecome/newbie section on neon forum. I'm using Antix-17 on my laptop and their forums have a welcome check-in topic.

Reason: Topics should have appropriate titles that gives a vague idea of the post. Do not use titles like "Help!!", "Problems...." or "Getting an error". |

I agree there should be a few 'stickies' like '10 things to do when you have installed kde neon' like there are with mint and another stickie covering 'how to update the kernel' etc.
