I am going to try the right now, i will edit my message to tell if it worked or not. EDIT: neon-useredition-20171108-1515-amd64.iso does not have the Grub bug! It works. |

Yes - the 08112017 is the last iso that works.
Still no news on a fix that I can see (which is disappointing - especially since the faulty iso versions are still available to download). |

That is great news. I see that a new ISO has been published today and will give this a go tonight. |

Hi, new KDE NEON user here.
I have got (typical? ![]() Returned to the GRUB menu during EFI boot. So, that's no easy system loading. To be exact: When booting computer I choose Linux, but I can only see the grub2 command line itself, and the system further doesn't load. ![]() On the other hand, when I use Windows loader and use auxiliary options of the UEFI (I will choose to load from a specific device (HDD here) ) Linux fires up. Note: I downloaded and installed Kde Neon in pendrive (using RUFUS). The version is "neon-useredition-20180816-1023-amd64.iso". Should I format the linux partitions (I did them with Linux Mint in the past) and install another version? Or try to rescue exisiting system by copying some files, etc. ? |

@Drayldan.
You need to start a new thread for that, not tag on to an existing thread that's 9 months old! |
