KDE Neon = JARVIS
Manjaro = R2-D2

I can copy files from 'KDE Neon' to 'Manjaro' but not from 'Manjaro'(and other distros too) to 'KDE Neon'.

This error only shows these characters:

You might double-check that the ssh server (package: openssh-server, command: sshd) is installed, configured and running correctly on the KDE Neon system.

You might also test it out from the command line by just using ssh to log into the other machine and verify that works. Use a command such as: ssh userOnTargetMachine@targetMachineName. Doing that will likely reveal the problem.
