Case:
Today i've install KDE neon user edition on xps13 - 9333.
USB was created using built in linux startup disk creator, on kde lts.
After the installation computer booted up inside temporary session where you run installation completion setup from the desktop and then restart the computer.
After the restart i got black screen with a mouse cursos active, but nothing else(Supposed to be login screen).
I've managed to login using terminal and startx command, but after i log off i get the same black screen.
How do i solve it, where to look, what to do?

simple graphic-drivers ppa
ubuntu-drivers autoinstall

and after that

deleting

/lib/modprobe.d/blacklist-nvidia.conf

solved the problem
