![]() I honestly have no idea, I installed KDE neon (plasma 5.11.4) yesterday, and I just realized there is no way to change the "look and feel", although the option should be there. I hope there's a way to fix it, I really don't have time to reinstall the whole OS right now. Thanks in advance ![]() |

Bug 387689 - missing options in system settings themes - https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387689
You are using the 'Sidebar View'. Is there same problem with the other 'View Styles' ? ![]() or if you start the single system settings module from the terminal. Any error messages ? Look and Feel: 'kcmshell5 kcm_lookandfeel' |

"Look and feel" and "Desktop theme" are missing the settings in every view style from system settings and from the single moduels. By launching it with the terminal, i get an error:

I installed the latest User edition today and the settings were missing, had to run the command manually to install the module. Hope this will be fixed in future releases..

I can confirm this as well on Neon User Ed. Plasma 5.11.5.

The fix has been added to the dependencies on systemsettings, and a rebuild done. Publishing to the archive just missed the daily run it seems, so should land in the repo sometime in the next 24hrs I think.

same error here, in 3 pc
Should I wait for the next patch update or do I install the module? ![]() ![]() |

No harm in installing it. The only change in an update, is that it will do this for you via a dependency. So no point waiting. |

The fix has not been included in the latest ISO (18012018) just run the command:
sudo apt install qml-module-org-kde-kcm in a terminal window and it will install the missing module. |
