Hi,

Plasma 5.11.4 (Neon or any distro featuring it).

1. When I grab and drag any folder on the desktop (Folder View), the top-left folder/icon frame highlights for a split second.

2. Mouse interaction with icons in the Application Dashboard causes temporary loss of navigability of the dash via keyboard.

3. Desktop Toolbox doesn't always (most of the time) close when I click on the desktop.

None of the above is present in 5.8.8.

Other than that it's cool. :)

Expected behavior: like in 5.8.8

Maybe it's related to my hardware. Otherwise, I can't explain why nobody seems to be talking about 'em. Or care. Has anybody noticed 'em at all? Thank you.

I'll try to contribute in more meaningful ways than coming to the forum. I'm out. :|

Report/search for these at bugs.kde.org, or maybe, as they are plasma related, in an appropriate section here - not all Plasma users read the Neon section, and the same likely goes for developers as well. Specify your gpu.

fwiw, I am not seeing any of these issues myself, but of course that does not mean it is not happening to more people.

I HAVE replaced the hardware altogether (including mouse and keyboard) and aforementioned top 3 nuisances are still present. KDE Neon User (latest) and Kubuntu Bionic daily (20180114). I suppose I could record the screen just to bring proof. Those regressions debuted in the 5.10 series and are still there.

Correction: 2. and 3. appeared in the 5.10 series and 1. appeared in the 5.11 series. If I only knew that any kind of of feedback would help ... I'm constantly told to report. I've been there. The regressions should have been at least CONFIRMED. Do you think my time has no value? "I know about those, but for now I can't or won't fix them" would be a reasonable answer.

EDIT: I'm acknowledging the good parts though and my words are not to be taken as a reproach.
EDIT 2: Neon and Kubuntu are just packaging and building ... so technically this doesn't even belong here.
