I've used KDE environment on Archlinux, and the "Méta+1" to open fastly a window shortcuts was working out of the box after installing KDE plasma packages.
I wanted to test KDE Neon, to see what kind of differences there is in terms of stability, as it's a special build for KDE, and I have a strange problem, the "Méta+1" "Méta+2" "Méta+3" "Méta+etc".... shortcuts doesn't work anymore, I have an azerty keyboard, so of course at the same place of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.... which you can find on a qwerty keyboard, on mine as it's azerty there is &, é, ", ', (, -, è, _, ç, à.... So ok I reassign the shortcuts to replace the numbers by the corresponding characters, it recognize all of them except "é" "è" and "à" which are on a qwerty keyboard corresponding to 2, 7, 0. So if there is a solution that exist, and I search since hours right now, without even a little chance of hope i would gladly take it, and maybe it can help some unhappy french guys whom are hating their keyboard actually. PS: the bug I have seen on my Archlinux with KDE UI, still there, when you use menu application bar, or title button, in "fine tuning" settings of appearance, after a reboot you have to close all the applications that was already open before shut down and reopen them, or you won't have your tittle button, or the different options of the window in your menu application bar. That was the main reason of why i tried KDE Neon, to see if it was just a problem with the KDE packages of the Archlinux repository. Many love to the open source community. |

Hello, I have the exact same problem on Fedora 32 KDE, wonder if you've ever found a solution?
