Updated from 5.8.8 LTS to 5.12.0 LTS

Other than that, 5.12.0 is a pleasant surprise.

1. The dashboard works flawlessly again. Yep!
2. The top-left icon's frame does not highlight anymore when I grab & drag icons on the desktop. Yep!

PS: I know there are as many as 2 encryption algorithms in Vaults though. Anyways, I've got nothing to encrypt but it's a nice feature.

I'm on social media now, which I wanted to avoid. Cause I don't like social media. I'm more of a forum guy, me.

I've been using Neon semi-exclusively since late summer 2016. It's definitely getting better 'n better. It's not exactly the OS that spoon-feeds the user but if the user wants to explore GNU/Linux more in-depth I definitely recommend it.

Kubuntu now also has a huge chance to make a great comeback with Bionic. I'm keeping an eye on their daily builds as well.

I'm addressing a huge thank you to the core-dev who fixed the dash and made the desktop grid "perfect". Maybe there's too much blue but hey. I'm closing the thread now.
