Natural Scroll Direction aren't working in Startmenu/Widgets

Natural Scroll Direction aren't working on touchpad or mouse in Start menu/Widgets menu after suspend only after reboot.
Hardware: MacBookPro3,1
Software: KDE Neon 5.12.1
