since today I have problems with okular. It hangs when I try to open a file (not only PDF). Sometimes I can open the file. But after closing okular, the process is still running. When I try open Okular again, the window is only shown after killing the old process.

Maybe this problems are caused by the Qt upgrade?

Ok I've solved the problem myself. After running okular with strace, there I've seen some messages about permissions problems with $HOME/.config/okularrc.lock. After removing this file, okular is usable again.
