I have just finished installing KDE neon onto a laptop and after a bit it starts to stop working and freeze up I do not know what to do please help.

Some useful information would be the system specifications and any errors or warnings from /var/log/syslog. Next time it freezes, look at the time it froze and then post the results of /var/log/syslog at the time it froze.
