Hello, I want to add menubar on titlebar but I can't. I searched online and found that guide:
Settings > Application Style > WIdget Style > Fine Tuning and change menubar option
But in my pc there is no menubar option. How can I solve this problem?

The instructions you found are for an older version of Plasma. You only have to do the second step: In the same section of System Settings, go to Window Decorations >> Buttons and add the Application Menu option from there

If you mean showing the menubar as an overlay on the titlebar, in the manner that Unity does it, that is (presently) not available.
As I recall there was some discussion around this some time ago in the earlier days of Plasma 5, I don't remember what the limitations or whatever were that they opted not to try implementing that feature, but the resolution was that the menu button in the titlebar was a sufficient compromise.

Sorry to hear that. Thanks for your help.

It is possible to move the menubar to a panel.

You may want to create a new panel for that first, preferably on top.

Right-Click on panel -> Select Panel Options - 'Add Widgets...' -> Choose Widget 'Global Menu'

Thanks for reply. It is not that I want. I want to make it inside of titlebar.

@TKL-Ansi actually was one the right track for your solution...
and yes, while it is not in a titlebar per se, you can make it appear like it is
but it really would be a panel with appropriate settings, like:

> panel visibility > windows go below
> panel alignment > right-top for example
> don't maximize the panel
> if the panel was right-top, then move the window titlebar buttons to the left side; as well as the title alignment

Bottom line... you can't add widgets to the titlebar
but you can with some creative manipulation of the panel, fake it to look like it is so...
