WiFi network; slow after latest OS update

Hi,

I have a WiFi network of around 10 Mb speed; with latest update of Neon, it went down to 3 Mb. I tested with my cell phone and under Linux Mint, and speeds there are 10 Mb

Help pls?

Seems to be an Opera related problem. I tested with FFox and speed is fine. :-\
