I use now KDE 17.10 and my QT4 programms starts very slow. If I use QPrinter (e.g. QPrinter drucker;) the programm takes 4 sec to start. Without this line, the program starts immediately. Previously I used kde 16.04 and the program started immediately without delay. Can I prevent the delay under kde 17.10?

I think you've posted this in the wrong forum. 17.10 & 16.04 refer to Ubuntu releases not KDE Neon. All KDE Neon releases are at present based on the LTS 16.04. Nothing is based on 17.10. You need to post this in either the Ubuntu or Kubuntu forums.
