I get the following values on KDE Plasma 5.12.4, KDE Frameworks 5.45.0:

/etc/X11/Xsession.d/60x11-common_xdg_path seems to be one of the files involved
Might have unintended side effects. For me the icons of at least one flatpak app started showing correctly after I set DESKTOP_SESSION="plasma".

Anyone else with the same values?
