Hey guys,
I've been using KDE Neon for a while on my Asus X541S laptop, keeping it always up-to-date and everything worked just fine. But after an update suggested today, I have a problem with wifi connection : I see available networks but I'm unable to connect (Nothing happens when I click "Connect" button). Note that when I restored the system to a previous date using Timeshift, it worked again. So the problem is clearly with the update. Any help please ? Thanks. Edit : The upgraded packages are : ifupdown libkf5screen7 libprocps4 libqt5concurrent5 libqt5core5a libqt5dbus5 libqt5gui5 libqt5network5 libqt5opengl5 libqt5printsupport5 libqt5sql5 libqt5sql5-sqlite libqt5test5 libqt5widgets5 libqt5xml5 neon-desktop neon-settings procps python3-distupgrade qt5-gtk-platformtheme ubuntu-release-upgrader-core

I'm having the exact same issue! However, I don't have a timeshift to go back to, so I'm stuck until you folks figure this out. I posted this on the Neon IRC channel:
hi all. wtf is going on? i'm running kde neon user edition 16.04 on my asus gl-702 laptop. i did an update today using pkcon, and now my wifi doesn't work and neither do some of my keyboard buttons. and to top it all off, plasma takes forever to load (over 30 seconds) on a samsung 960 pro ssd (it use to take 5 seconds). |

This is a packaging bug, my apologies. It needs libkf5screen-bin to be installed

Fix is now published, upgrades should be safe, really sorry about that.
