Sometimes Neon User boots into the login screen

Fully and correctly updated to 5.13.2: yes
Auto login disabled during installation: yes
Auto login verified time and again: yes, it's checked
Workaround: none, I just hit the reboot icon
Session type: X
Bug report filed: not yet

It seems to have been fixed in 5.13.3.
