After installing few kwin scripts and plasma themes I ve started getting

All shell packages missing.
This is an installation issue, please contact your distribution

after restart.
It was hard enough getting to login at all (had to reinstall breeze theme via console.
It would be easy to reinstall neon - but have very unique and proprietary list of libraries installed - can`t afford to loose them

Hi, in Neon you can use pkcon (see man pkcon in a terminal)
And you can run from the command line:
pkcon refresh
pkcon update
Afterwards, if you continue to have problems you can also execute
pkcon repair (see the man pages).
