Hi everybody! I'm trying to install steam on my machine with KDE Neon, but It fails with errors:

I tried to find this packages by my hands and I found that there are some naming issues. For example, there is no libdrm2_2.4.83-1~16.04.1_i386.deb package, but libdrm2_2.4.83-1_i386.deb exists in the http://ru.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/poo ... bd/libdrm/ folder.

First, you have to remove steam
apt remove --purge steam

Afterwards, why don't you try pkcon?. You could use this command and you can find the man pages in a terminal (man pkcon).
pkcon refresh (refresh the database package)
pkcon update (update all the new packages)
Then, you can find steam in the repositories.

pkcon search steam

I looks a bit strange, because in the search list I see steam, but I can't install it. Also, I noticed that in your example you have ubuntu-xenial-updates-multiverse modifier for steam package, and in my case it has local modifier. I don't know why.

Also, as far as I understand pkcon is just a frontend for the same package system as apt or apt-get. I don't think that pkcon could somehow fix my problem.

This is a snap that installs the Linux Steam Integration from Solus

You can install the integration plus Steam with the following commands (but you'll need to enable snaps)

sudo snap install --edge solus-runtime-gaming
sudo snap install --devmode --edge linux-steam-integration

The thing is whether the package appears in ubuntu-xenial-updates-multiverse I was enabled by discover, another KDE specific software manager uptades.
I also did not understand pkcon until I switched to KDE Neon, which uses to provide the latest KDE packages with pkcon and discover.
The repositories in KDE Neon are not enabled by Synaptic Package Manager or Software Sources, as in Ubuntu.
Discover has a section to enable snaps and you can try what is suggested by WampaCowboy.
