KDE Neon - Plasma 5.13.4.
When I try to connect to Wi-Fi network KDE Wallet System offers me to create a new wallet. If I select "Use GPG encryption" I have Error: "Seems that youe system has no keys suitable for encryption. Please set-up at least one encryption key, then try again". I have this error even if I have created key with KGpg. The key have Ultimately Owner trust, but all the same it's not visible in the list of KDE Wallet System. |

It is the end of 2021 and this problem is still active. It happend to me after my GPG key was extended and KDE Wallet didn't detect that.

I don't know if this is still relevant but I've encountered the same problem and fixed it by changing key trust level to "ultimate-trust" by
