Hello! After an update on KDE neon v 5.13.5, I can't enter to my system and stacks on the flickering cursor at the black screen. Anyone can help me, please?

I met a similar issue, by installing latest nvidia driver (aka 390) aftyer uninstalling the one that was there (340) :

sudo ubuntu-drivers devices
sudo ubuntu-drivers list
sudo ubuntu-drivers autoinstall
it fixed my OpenGL issue.

For this I switched to a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + F2) to launch these commands.
Using "startx" I was also able to have a desktop partially working from the terminal.
