After a recent update I noticed that the notification popup messages no longer appear above the system tray. Instead, they appear in a box at the upper right hand corner of the screen like this:



I can't find a setting to have the notification popups appear right above the system tray. This happens with all popup notifications. As a result, I can't respond to SMS messages via KDE connect since there's no option to respond.

How do I revert this without having to delete files in either ~/.config or ~/.local?
