I just installed the latest ISO "neon-useredition-20181011-0542-amd64.iso", on a new computer and finding out that when you click on "Edit Windows Specific Settings -KWin" it doesn't remember the position after you save it. Obviously it's a bug, but I wonder if anyone is aware of this? Hope it gets fixed soon.

Have you tried this with different programs? I've noticed this only with the spotify client and thought it has to do with that specific one.

edit: for me no specific settings appear to be working. Forcing a color scheme per program doesn't work, or anything else.

It appears people are aware: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=399778

No, what happens is when you're using a dual monitor, and lets say you want Firefox to open on the right hand screen. You right click on top portion of the browser > more actions > , and special windows settings. Then you open a box that has size and position, and you can make the position to remember where you want the program to open. Something is messed up with this latest ISO that doesn't save the settings.
P.S. Also I might add that you only will notice this if you do a new install with the latest ISO.
