CPU history in Ksystem is empty on KDE Neon 18.04

After upgrade to KDE Neon 18.04, CPU history in Ksystem is empty see,

delete both files in your
/home/username/.local/share/ksysguard/

relaunch ksysguard & should return to normal after regenerating the files.
