dark theme as default

i propose that Breze Dark should be the default theme, or at least be given as an option during installation. many users chose to switch themes
what do you think?

I am 100% against dark themes. Reasons

· reading white on Black is much more tiring for the eyes and the users need more force
· printing, also on the screen, becomes, especially with smaller sizes (under about 16 Points) a nightmare.
· as far as I gathered, it needs also markably more power to represent black.

· on the positive side is that watching pictures onscreen a dark team is better to judge the pictures as it absorbs influences much easier.

My suggestion is to make different themes possible either per groupe (like Graphics or Office) which are preinstalled, but the User should be able to change if they prefer it differently. But the standard should really be white.

Neon by nature uses whatever is Plasma's default as the....default. Plasma would have to provide a theme-chooser first-login dialog, which is probably not going to happen.
Also, modifying the installer to add a feature is also out of Neon's scope.
