Network-manager-openvpn does not work

I have tried unsuccessfully to make a vpn connection in graphic mode and I have not succeeded.
Import the client.ovpn file without problems, but at the time of connection it does not do its job and after a minute of work, the connection is not made.
With that same client.ovpn if I make the connection in shell, without errors of any kind.
Operating system: KDE neon 5.14
Plasma KDE version: 5.14.5
Qt version: 5.11.2
KDE Frameworks version: 5.54.0
Kernel version: 4.15.0-44-generic
Installed packages:
network management framework (OpenVPN plugin core)
network management framework (PPTP plugin core)
openvpn

The same problem in Kubuntu 20.04, in Ubuntu works good.
