qt 5.12 qmake fails

Hi,
after qt update to 5.12.0, qmake fails with the next error:
"qmake fails with "Project ERROR: Library 'libatomic' is not defined."
With the prior version it worked fine.
I have tried a clean Neon installation and the problem is still there.

Install qtbase5-private-dev package.
