Hi all, I've decided to give Linux a spin (again) and have reached a roadblock. My audio interface (MOTU 1248) does not show up in Neon (Pulseaudio) as an output, only its inputs show up. Specifically it seems to only have a profile as "multichannel input". It shows up just fine in "alsa -l" output:

Code: Select all
card 1: D1248 [1248], device 0: USB Audio [USB Audio]
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

I've had it working through JACK in audio-specific distros (kxstudio, ubuntu studio) but can't seem to get it to work in Neon through Pulseaudio. Can anyone help?

Strangely it has finally shown up after logging out and then back into my session. Audio output works normally for about a minute until it suddenly becomes distorted/bitcrushed and outputs on all physical outputs of my interface.
