1º because they took the image iso lts?
2º Why not put a torrent link?
3º Why not add xserve-xorg-video-intel or something compatible, with intel hardware? (modesetting does not work)

These three issues would solve 40% of the developers' headaches.

Yes, I know, your nickname says it all, but could you be a tad more precise in your posts? And post it in the correct subforum so it reaches the developers you try to talk to? Moving post.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

1. The LTS iso image is available on all the main and mirror servers I checked
2. Torrent links ARE NOT always secure and the devs value security (there is always uGet and you can add up to 10 mirrors in it)
3. modesetting works well in live session and during install after booting a fresh install you can change the driver to what works for your hardware config

KDE neon is and always has been targeted at more advanced users and doesn't have the resources that a true "distro" does to cover minor inconveniences for newer linux users.
