Thu Aug 05, 2021 2:00 pm I have had this same issue since upgrading to Kubuntu 21.04 a couple of weeks ago. For me it turned out to be packages that were being kept back and after upgrading them the issue was gone (I understand this solution might not be in everyones interest but for me it solved the issue).
