Not able to reproduce this issue. In an up to date Neon User edition here, all categories show the info they should.

Okay, as you say, it does not even work in Manjaro. I do not know if I should be writing about local forums and facebook and people to make their screenshots. I am not the developer I am a user. Because of such controversial situations, I always have two identical Neon versions on PC. One on ext4 another on btrfs file system. I have 2 identical versions of Manjaro ext4 and btrfs file system. Two identical versions of Calculate linux, etc. If you would have the will and the will to look at the pictures you would see that the first option is not blur in the Calculate linux toolbar. In linux do not do menu options, the first item in the toolbar is blur. Logic says most likely when the update was made to 5.15 version, the modules are forgotten. Thank you |

I hereby confirm each and every word of @alideda.
In kinfocenter not even one single icon on the left changes anything within the right details-content pane. It's totally unusable. KDE neon User Edition, fully updated 5 minutes ago. Edit: When starting kinfocenter from command-line only this appears:
This is most probably irrelevant because of the file's date:

I quit doing that as none of my bug reports ever were ever addressed. Waste of time as the geniuses that run it are a bit snarky. Sorry, I get more help here, and when I can try to provide some.
Migrated from Linux Mint 17.3/18.3 KDE to KDE neon User Edition.

@NoNameNoBlame,
Thanks for the support, Thank you for confirming my writing, sorry I apologize for not writing anything, the my monitor was broken, so I had to buy another, I bought the new Segate 2TB disk and did a reinstall with this version :# deb cdrom:[neon user _Bionic_ - Build amd64 LIVE Binary 20190124-05:42]. The program still does not work in Neon plasma 5.15.2 qt 5.12.0, in Manjaro there is even qt version 5.12.1 in Arch is the same but the program is running. I am shocked with today's update of 279 files and the plasma version is still 5.15.2. Best regards! |

That is indeed strange as kinfocenter, whether started from konsole or clicking on menu, opens as it should and "hover" over topics gives the proper popup as well as all categories fill the right pane with correct info when expanded and clicked.

Strange, when I start the module from the kinfocenter manually from the directory usr/share/kservices5/kcm_memory.desktop module works. When it starts from the program it does not work.

I just noticed one of my recently updated computers to 5.15.2 developed this problem. However, I was madly clicking on the options and noticed that one of screens finally appeared. I then realized that double-clicking consistently brings up the desired item. Didn't matter whether I started it from the command line or the menu.
Anyway, it appears that KInfoCenter is now following the setting of the Click behavior (System Settings/Workspace/Desktop Behavior). I have this set to Double-click. When I changed it to Single-click, now KInfoCenter responds as it did before with a single click on the item. I think that is odd that KInfoCenter would follow the click behavior for opening files and folders.
Currently running KDE Neon 5.22.5 and 5.19.4 (with Windows 10 in a VM); migrated from Linux Mint 17.3

Yes, it changed to double-clicking…
This it not nice. And I get this now:
And so on for other properties. The list ends with:
